“I am Fatima and I am coming from Golan Heights. The first time I was displaced was years ago in my village in Qunaitra. And the second one is recent due to the war. You see this house here, it was bombed, no windows no walls. But when the escalations stopped in Barzeh I came back and the neighbors helped me building new windows and walls step by step. My husband has passed away since 2015 and I am alone with my daughter and grandchildren since that time.

Sometimes I have pain in my leg and back. I broke my lag a few months ago and it still hurts sometimes. I need medicine but I cant afford it all the time because some are really expensive. We buy what we need daily so we don't have to spend all the money we have.

My neighbours help me sometimes by giving me some food. Now your organization gave some cash and medicine and I pray to God to bless you and give you the power to help more people in need. "

   أنا فاطمة من الجولان. أول مرة نزحت فيها كانت قبل سنوات في قريتي في القنيطرة. وثان مرة بسبب الحرب الحاليوة على سوريا. تعرض منزلي للقصف ، لا نوافذ ولا جدران. لكن عندما توقف الصراع في برزة عدت وساعدني الجيران في بناء نوافذ وجدران جديدة خطوة بخطوة. توفي زوجي منذ عام 2015 وأنا وحيدة مع ابنتي وأحفادي منذ ذلك الوقت

أحيانًا أشعر بألم في رجلي وظهري. لقد كسرت قدمي قبل بضعة أشهر وما زال يؤلمني في بعض الأحيان. أحتاج إلى دواء ولكن لا يمكنني تحمل تكلفة شراءه لأنه باهظ الثمن. نشتري ما نحتاجه يوميًا حتى لا نضطر إلى إنفاق كل الأموال التي لدينا.

يساعدني جيراني أحيانًا من خلال إعطائي بعض الطعام. الآن قدمت مؤسستك بعض النقود والأدوية وأدعو الله أن يبارك فيك ويمنحك القوة لمساعدة المزيد من الأشخاص المحتاجين.

« Je suis Fatima et je viens des hauteurs du Golan. La première fois que j'ai été déplacée, c'était il y a des années dans mon village de Qunaitra. Et le second est récent en raison de la guerre. Vous voyez cette maison ici, elle a été bombardée, pas de fenêtres, pas de murs. Mais lorsque les escalades se sont arrêtées à Barzeh, je suis revenue et les voisins m'ont aidé à construire de nouvelles fenêtres et de nouveaux murs étape par étape. Mon mari est décédé depuis 2015 et je suis seule avec ma fille et mes petits-enfants depuis ce temps.

Parfois, j'ai mal à la jambe et au dos. J'ai brisé mon retard il y a quelques mois et ça fait encore mal parfois. J'ai besoin de médicaments mais je ne peux pas me le permettre tout le temps car certains sont vraiment chers. Nous achetons ce dont nous avons besoin quotidiennement pour ne pas avoir à dépenser tout l'argent dont nous disposons.

Mes voisins m'aident parfois en me donnant de la nourriture. Maintenant, votre organisation a donné de l'argent et des médicaments et je prie Dieu de vous bénir et de vous donner le pouvoir d'aider plus de personnes dans le besoin. "

"Ich bin Fatima  und komme von den Golanhöhen. Das erste Mal, dass ich vertrieben wurde, war vor Jahren in meinem Dorf in  Qunaitra. Und die zweite ist vor kurzem aufgrund des Krieges. Sie sehen dieses  Haus hier, es wurde bombardiert, keine Fenster keine Wände. Aber als die Eskalationen in Barzeh aufhörten, kam ich  zurück und die Nachbarn halfen mir, Schritt für Schritt neue Fenster und Wände zu bauen. Mein Mann ist seit 2015 verstorben und ich bin seitdem allein mit meiner Tochter und meinen Enkelkindern.

Manchmal habe ich Schmerzen in Bein und Rücken. Ich habe meinen Rückstand vor ein paar Monaten gebrochen und es tut immer noch manchmal weh. Ich brauche Medizin, aber ich kann es mir nicht  die ganze Zeit leisten, weil einige wirklich teuer sind. Wir kaufen täglich, was wir brauchen,    damit wir nichtdas ganze Geldausgeben, das wir haben.

Meine Nachbarn  helfen mir manchmal, indem sie mir etwas zu essen geben. Nun hat Ihre Organisation etwas Geld und Medikamente gegeben, und ich bete zu Gott, um Sie zu segnen und Ihnen die Macht zu geben, mehr Menschen in Not zu helfen. "
